My Story

My journey with light therapy began with a personal struggle. Like many of you, I battled chronic pain that seemed to have no end in sight. Traditional treatments provided little relief, leaving me searching for alternative solutions. It was during this search that I found the remarkable benefits of Light Therapy.  This transformation inspired me to create Lights and Health, a platform dedicated to sharing my knowledge and experiences with others who are seeking relief from similar challenges.
